First Ranking Secured Debenture Stock carries a first ranking floating charge over the assets of the issuing company, which ranks ahead of all other borrowing or repayment of capital in the event of a company liquidation. In the event of a company liquidation, repayment of first ranking secured debenture stock may be subject to prior charges allowed by law. Issuing company activities and permitted financial ratios are prescribed in the Company's Trust Deed, monitored in the interests of debenture stock holders by an independent professional trustee.

Secondary market debenture investments may be open to international investors, subject to investment regulations of the investor's home jurisdiction.
